About the Owner, Dan MacArthur
I live in Minturn, conveniently situated between Vail and Beaver Creek, with my wife, and three children. We love living in the mountains, with the abundance of recreational activities, entrepreneurial community members, and dynamic real estate environment.
I have managed all types of residential real estate from a large portfolio of long term rentals in an urban environment to some of the most expensive, complex, and beautiful residential properties in the mountains (and by the ocean).
I understand the needs and expectations of my clients. I get to know their family and will often accompany them for a day of skiing or a summer hike. I love what I do and take pride in my work.
