Inspections

WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY INSPECTIONS

Service includes thorough interior, exterior, and landscape walkthrough and inspection. This entails checking all doors and windows, monitoring heat/AC thermostats, monitoring pool and spa equipment, flushing toilets, running plumbing fixtures, operating appliances, checking light bulbs, checking AV equipment, starting your vehicles, and checking for any items that need immediate attention.

PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTIONS

This entails inspection of your home prior to your arrival or your guests’ arrival and arrangement of contracted services, including window cleaning, housekeeping, car cleaning, flower delivery, and amenity preparation. Your home will look immaculate when you arrive.

POST DEPARTURE INSPECTIONS

Detailed inspection after you or your guests depart. This entails removing garbage and perishable items, checking appliances, adjusting spa and pool equipment, adjusting thermostats, locking doors and windows, closing blinds and curtains, storing outdoor furniture cushions, inspection of the property for any damage.

Project Management & Maintenance

Project Management

Project management includes overseeing small renovations, restorations, and refreshes. We can coordinate and oversee all vendor management, project deadlines, and quality control.

Maintenance and Repairs

We will complete repairs and maintenance as needed as expediently as possible, and arrange for contractor services when needed.

Vendor Coordination

Coordinator services provide you with one contact for all your property needs. We will manage all contracted maintenance and service personnel including: obtaining proposals, scheduling appointments, coordinating and meeting with personnel, as well as terminating services as requested.

Invoice Management

We will review and manage all invoicing, per your specific needs.

In-House Assistance

We provide assistance for you and your guests while occupying your property. This includes any minor repairs needed, heating and cooling thermostat instructions, and AV usage instructions. We also provide a full orientation of your property to your guests upon request. We are on call to answer any questions and respond to any needs while in residence.

Vehicle Oversight

Our maintenance services for your cars while you are away include starting your vehicles, filling up the fuel tank, facilitating car registration renewals, scheduling detailing and maintenance appointments, and delivering your car to and from the maintenance facility.
